As a person centred psychotherapist, my goal is to help you make sense of what you’re experiencing whether that’s overwhelming emotions, negative thinking, destructive patterns of behaviour, intrusive thoughts or a real sense of not knowing who you are or how to move forward.

The first step is to reach out and find a counsellor who feels like a good fit. An introductory session is the best place to start.
